Lifetime Guarantee
Colorflex guarantees its labels for the life of the media to which it is attached. This guarantee applies to labels properly applied over unused, clean, virgin media. Should any label fail, the label will be promptly replaced without charge.

Software Maintenance -- North America
Telephone Help Desk support is available between the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Mountain Time, phone number (800) 424-DESK, (800) 424-3375. The Telephone Help Desk support provides diagnostic assistance in identifying problems with the installation and operation of software products, provides assistance with the correction of any problems, and if necessary, the replacement or return of the software. There is no-cost for overnight or emailed replacement of lost/damaged software.

Hardware Maintenance -- North America
Telephone Help Desk support is available from the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Mountain Time, phone number (800) 424-DESK, (800) 424-3375. The Telephone Help Desk support provides diagnostic assistance in identifying problems with the printer and cables. The Telephone Help Desk will authorize service calls, if necessary, from authorized service representatives. Response time varies according the printer purchased.
